我公司是目前钢结构生产规模较大,品种较多,配套较全的厂家之一。从事船舶钢结构、桥梁钢结构及工业钢结构生产制造,并形成一整套完善的制造体系。公司拥有3万吨级船台一座,宽36米*长270米。公司装备精良,拥有员工400余人,管理规范,拥有一支高素质,高技能,高效率的员工队伍。精确的制造工艺和齐全的检测手段。

目前公司厂区为:东厂区面积45000㎡。西厂区面积43000㎡,拥有一喷一涂涂装处理车间,涂裝车间并配有除温设备、涂装专业人员50余人。现公司拥有钢结构厂房约3000㎡同时拥有35000㎡的室外生产场地,月生产分段及钢结构能力为4000吨。公司承接30000T级各类船舶。

公司拥有生产、制造、工程安装所需的各类大、中型设备。200T、100T、50T、32T、20T、10T的行车多台。海宝数控等离子切割机3台,相贯线数控切割机1台,大型平板运输车270T,125T各一台。1000T、龙门式2000T油压机各一台,卷板机35×3500一台,100×4200一台及十字焊接设备等一系列钢结构制造专用设备。

At present, our company is one of the manufacturers with large scale production, wide varieties of products and complete supporting facility. A set of complete production system has established for the service of ship steel structure, bridge steel structure and industrial steel structure. We have a slipway of 30, 000T, 36 meters wide*270 metres long. We have employed more than 400 employees with high quality, high skills and high efficiency. Now we have two factories: the eastern factory covers an area of 45,000 square meters and the western factory with 43,000 square meters, owning a processing workshop for the spraying and painting, and equipped with dehumidify equipment and over 50 professional staff. Right now we have approximate 30,000㎡ of steel structure workshop and outside fabricate area 35000. We have ability to build all kinds of vessels of 30, 000DWT with the background of 4, 000T block production monthly.

We have all kinds of large and medium-sized equipments for production and installment including 200T, 100T, 50T, 32T, 20T, 10ttravelling cranes, three sets of Haibao NC plasma cutting machine, 270 T and 125 T large-sized flat transporters. 1000 T, 2000 T hydraulic machines, 35 *3500, 100*4200 rolling machines and cross welding equipment etc.
